1) Pick up Option.
Customers can now collect their items from our main pickup point in Kumasi. After placing an order throuh our website or whatsapp pages, they will receive a notification via phone call or SMS when their parcel is ready for pickup. Upon arrival, customers will complete the payment and receive the items they ordered.
2) Payment before Delivery Policy.
At Bigmax Hub, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery service to all our customers nationwide. Once payment is confirmed, the customer's information will be collected to facilitate the delivery process. A payment confirmation will also be sent to the client via SMS.
3) Delivery Timeline
Deliveries are completed within 4 to 24 hours, ensuring that customers receive their parcels promptly.
4) Special Offer: Free Laptop Delivery
We are pleased to offer free nationwide delivery on all laptop purchases after full payment has been received.
5) Delivery Fee Communication
For other items, our delivery personnel will contact the recipient upon arrival at the station to communicate the applicable delivery fee.
6) Payment on Delivery ( Only Within Kumasi).
NB: Delivery fee is not free for payment on delivery for laptops.
I) Same Location (Kumasi)
After ordering the product customers must note they will have to pay the rider before the delivery can start, kindly let us know all specifications you would want to confirm before beginning the process. Customers are to receive comfirmation message from us to assure them the process has began. Detailed custumer information will be required.
II) Payment On Delivery To Different Location.
Kindly note if product is not located in your jurisdiction (Kumasi) we can deliver it on payment on delivery, customer will have to make 50% payment as commitment fee, delivery fee won’t be free and will be communicated to the customer when our riders get to the station.
