How to Order a Product on the website

1. 1. Select the product you want.
   2. Click on the "Buy Now" option.
   3. Provide delivery details and select "Proceed."
   4. Click on the shipping method.
   5. Select "Manual Transfer" and choose "Place Order."
   6. Make payment to our mobile money number or bank account.
   7. Confirm payment by providing a screenshot or transaction ID on the page below.
   8. You will receive an SMS notification after payment is approved within 30 minutes.

If product is available choose your prefered method for receiving the item either pick up at our pick up point or make payment for delivery.

Our official payment methods will be shared with you for direct payment if delivery is choosen.

 

Pickup & Delivery Process

Note: Delivery outside Kumasi or Cape Coast takes place on the same day after payment is confirmed between 7am and 4pm. Customers must receive their products within 24 hours, depending on the distance. Some locations have specific days when cars go there. All necessary information will be communicated to the client in such situations.

• Pickup is Available: Customers can order products and come to our pickup point to make payment after receiving the product.

  • Locations:
    • Kumasi (All products)
    • Cape Coast (Only Accessories few laptops)

• Payment Before Delivery: Customers will receive their parcel within 24 hours after payment is received. An SMS confirmation message will be sent to the customer from Bigmax Hub.

• NB: Delivery fee will be communicated to your customer by the delivery team.

Delivery Partners: We have collaborated with delivery companies to provide reliable and stress-free delivery services nationwide. We also use station cars within Kumasi to transport items to towns and villages across the country.

Delivery companies : A.1 parcel, VIPex, OA Parcel Service, Speedaff, Valid Station Cars.

 

Profit & Payback incentive for dealers.

Bigmax Hub allows its dealers to advertise their products and make good profits by adding their own preferable amount to the original cost of the product which is paid as profit after a successful deal. 

This is the breakdown.

A laptop posted at 2000gh on the dealer must be eddited by the dealer before reposting, for instance a dealer adds 500gh to the cost and repost at 2500gh. The price difference becomes the profit after get a customer for the laptop. 

Profit Payment: Profit is paid to dealers who sell the products by adding a particular amount to them for their customers. The price difference is paid as profit to the dealers bank or momo account.

Pay-back Incentive : Here at Bigmax Hub we reward hardworking dealers on their ability to sell specific quantity of products. (40-50)% of the commission paid will be credited to the dealer who made four(4) sales upwards on laptops and phones.
